Meet The Dispatching Team
With over a decade in the towing industry and three years at SAS Towing and Recovery Inc., Brittney Giampietro wears many hats to ensure the company’s success. As both the Accounts Receivable Manager and Dispatch Manager, Brittney is a dedicated leader with a commitment to prioritizing customer needs and upholding the family atmosphere that sets SAS apart.
Brittney’s journey into towing began when a former colleague, Lee, introduced her to the industry. Since then, she has been "hooked," enjoying the fast-paced, service-driven environment that makes each day unique.
Outside of work, Brittney is a devoted mother, balancing her career with family time, supporting her kids in select baseball, and cherishing moments with friends and loved ones. Her favorite piece of advice? “Stay grounded and focused—keep the well-being of your team at the forefront, and everything else will follow.”

Macy Vance, Dispatcher
Macy Vance has been a dedicated dispatcher at SAS Towing and Recovery Inc. for two years, stepping into the towing industry as a "simple receptionist" and quickly becoming an invaluable part of the team. Macy feels that what truly sets SAS apart from other towing companies is the positive, kind, and selfless environment, as well as the incredible work ethic and drive that each employee brings to the table.
With towing and hauling running in her family, Macy finds purpose and fulfillment in helping people through tough situations, often turning a bad day around by providing reliable support. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with others, knowing that her role helps make a difference in people’s lives.
Outside of work, Macy enjoys going dancing, participating in trivia nights, and spending time with friends. A piece of advice that has always stuck with her is to "always perform to the best of your ability because you never know who may be watching." This philosophy guides her in all she does, whether at work or in her personal life.
Steffany Watson operates “The Office Chair” as a dedicated dispatcher for SAS Towing and Recovery Inc., bringing 26 years of experience in the towing industry to our team. Her journey began in 1998 in asset recovery, and after just a month with SAS, she already recognizes the company’s unique atmosphere of professionalism, respect, and care for customers and employees alike. Steffany’s favorite things to haul? Nowadays, it’s her motorcycle!
Her passion for customer care shines through in her daily interactions, as she genuinely enjoys helping people in their time of need. When Steffany’s not coordinating recoveries, she’s likely on her motorcycle, out hunting, camping, or enjoying quality time with her “littles.” She recalls entering the towing world on a whim after a friend recommended she apply for an office job—and she's been hooked ever since.
Her guiding principle in work and life is simple yet powerful: “Treat people with respect and kindness; if you’re there with them, they’re likely having a bad day, and a simple smile can uplift a tough moment.”

Valerie Huck, Weekend Dispatcher
Valerie Huck has been a dedicated Weekend Dispatcher at SAS Towing and Recovery Inc. for six months. Though her career in towing is relatively new, she’s no stranger to the industry. With her husband working in transportation and logistics for over 20 years and her father having owned a Heavy Haul company, Valerie grew up around the demands and dynamics of the trade. That early exposure gave her a deep understanding and appreciation for the world of towing and hauling, and when her friends, James and Amy, invited her to join SAS Towing, she knew it was the perfect fit.
Valerie’s favorite part of her job is connecting with people when they need help the most, whether after a breakdown or an accident. She values the family-centered culture at SAS Towing, where she has the chance to work alongside her husband and some of her closest friends.
In her free time, Valerie enjoys spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, and cheering on softball games. The best advice she’s ever received is, “If you love what you do, you won’t work a day in your life,” and she brings that passion to her work every weekend at SAS Towing and Recovery Inc.
